The KAST Affiliate Program allows users to earn rewards by referring new people to KAST. When someone signs up using your referral link or code and completes the required actions, you receive a commission or reward. This article explains how the program works, how to share your referral link, and how rewards are earned.

What Is the KAST Affiliate Program?

The KAST Affiliate Program lets approved affiliates earn rewards and commissions when users sign up through their affiliate tracking link and complete eligible actions in KAST.

Affiliate rewards are based on real user activity, such as account activation, eligible card spend, membership purchases, and ongoing card transactions. Available rewards, rates, and eligibility may vary by affiliate tier, campaign, referred user country, program terms, and risk or compliance review.

How Do Affiliates Track Referrals?

Approved affiliates should use their affiliate tracking link from the KAST Affiliate Portal.

To access the Affiliate Dashboard, visit: affiliate.kast.xyz/auth

The Affiliate Portal can be used to track:

  • Referral-link clicks
  • Users who signed up through your affiliate tracking link
  • Verified users who completed identity verification
  • First card transactions
  • Card-spend milestones
  • Membership purchases, where applicable
  • Earnings and commission activity
  • Performance by date range, campaign, GEO, and device, where available

Important: Affiliates should use the tracking link from the Affiliate Portal for affiliate campaigns. Using another link may not track affiliate activity accurately.

What Can Affiliates Earn?

Affiliate rewards may include several earning types, depending on the affiliate setup and current program terms.

1. Spend Milestone Rewards

Affiliates may earn one-time rewards when a referred user reaches eligible card-spend milestones.

Spend milestone rewards are cumulative. When a referred user reaches a new eligible milestone, the affiliate may receive the reward tied to that milestone.

Current milestone examples may include:

Affiliate rewards depend on affiliate tier, referred user country, campaign terms, and eligibility. The amounts below show the maximum available reward for each spend milestone.

Referred user spend Affiliate reward
$100 Up to $40
$600 Up to $100
$1,600 Up to $200
$6,600 Up to $500

Reward amounts can vary by affiliate tier, referred user country, campaign, and current program terms.

2. Membership Commission Rewards

Affiliates may earn a one-time commission when a referred user purchases an eligible KAST paid membership, such as Premium or Private.

The commission amount may depend on the affiliate tier, the membership purchased, and current program terms.

3. Ongoing Card Spend Commission

Affiliates may earn ongoing commission from eligible card spending by referred users.

The commission rate may depend on the affiliate tier, the referred user’s membership, eligible transaction type, and current program terms.

When Are Affiliate Commissions Credited?

Eligible affiliate commissions are attributed to the affiliate’s Rewards balance in the KAST app when the required conditions are met and the commission is processed.

Some commissions may appear as locked before they become redeemable. Commissions may also be delayed, frozen, under review, adjusted, or reversed depending on eligibility, refunds, chargebacks, transaction status, risk review, and current program terms.

Affiliate commission history can be viewed in:

  1. Rewards History in the KAST app
  2. Affiliate Portal

Affiliate data may not appear instantly. Recent clicks, sign-ups, spend, and commission activity can take time to appear.

How Do Affiliates Withdraw Commissions?

If an affiliate wants to withdraw redeemable affiliate commissions, they should contact their affiliate manager.

The affiliate manager will confirm the affiliate’s available redeemable amount and ask how much the affiliate wants to withdraw. Once the affiliate confirms the amount, the affiliate manager can submit a manual payout request for review and processing.

Manual payout requests are currently reviewed and processed in batches, so withdrawals may not be completed immediately.

Only redeemable commission amounts can be requested for withdrawal. Commissions that are locked, pending, under review, or otherwise not yet redeemable cannot be withdrawn until they become eligible.

What Do Referred Users Get?

Users who sign up through an approved affiliate’s tracking link may receive affiliate-specific benefits, depending on the current campaign and program terms.

For example, referred users may be eligible for 20% off their first Premium or Private membership subscription, where available.

User benefits can vary by campaign, eligibility, supported region, and current program terms.

Why Might an Affiliate Commission Be Missing or Delayed?

There are several reasons an affiliate referral or commission may not appear right away:

  • The referred user did not use the correct affiliate tracking link.
  • The referred user has not completed identity verification.
  • The required card-spend or membership milestone has not been reached.
  • The transaction is still pending, refunded, reversed, cancelled, or under review.
  • Affiliate Portal data has not refreshed yet.
  • The commission is still locked or under review.
  • The referral or commission is subject to country eligibility, campaign rules, account checks, or current program terms.

If the activity is recent, allow time for the system to update before contacting Concierge.

What Should Affiliates Do If Something Looks Wrong?

If an affiliate believes referral or commission activity is missing or incorrect, they should contact KAST Concierge through the app or reach out through their affiliate manager.

Include:

  • Affiliate tracking link or affiliate details
  • Referred user sign-up details, if available
  • Approximate sign-up or transaction date
  • Expected commission or reward
  • Relevant screenshots from the KAST app or Affiliate Portal

Frequently Asked Questions

Do affiliates need to use the Affiliate Portal?

Yes. Approved affiliates should use the Affiliate Portal to access their affiliate tracking link and monitor referral activity, performance metrics, and earnings.

Can affiliates use another referral link?

Affiliates should use the affiliate tracking link from the Affiliate Portal for affiliate campaigns. Other links may not track affiliate activity accurately.

Are affiliate commissions paid monthly?

No. Eligible affiliate commissions are attributed to the affiliate’s Rewards balance in the KAST app when processed. To withdraw redeemable commissions, the affiliate should contact their affiliate manager and confirm the amount they want to withdraw.

Why is a commission locked or under review?

A commission may be locked before it becomes redeemable or placed under review while KAST confirms eligibility, referral tracking, qualifying spend, account activity, refunds, chargebacks, or other program requirements.

Can affiliate commissions be reversed?

Yes. Commissions may be adjusted or reversed if the related transaction is refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or found ineligible under the current program terms.

Is there a limit to how many users an affiliate can refer?

There may not be a fixed referral limit, but rewards and commissions are always subject to eligibility, supported regions, campaign rules, risk review, and current program terms.

Important Notes

  • Affiliate rewards are subject to the latest KAST Affiliate Program terms.
  • Reward amounts, commission rates, campaign rules, and eligibility can change.
  • Not all referred users, transactions, countries, or campaigns may qualify.
  • KAST may review, delay, adjust, or reverse commissions when required for risk, compliance, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, or program eligibility checks.

Where can I see my affiliate earnings?

You can view your earnings in the Affiliate dashboard. The dashboard displays your referrals, successful conversions, and total rewards earned.
