Why is My KAST Payout Delayed?

Payout delays are usually caused by one of the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete bank details
  • Intermediary bank hold times for international (SWIFT) transfers
  • Public holidays or weekend processing delays in your region
  • Additional compliance checks by the receiving or intermediary bank

How Can I Check My Payout Status on KAST?

You can track your payout directly in the KAST app:

If your payout is still showing as Pending after the expected delivery time, it may be waiting on your bank or an intermediary institution.

What Should I Do If My Payout Hasn’t Arrived?

If your payout hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your bank details to ensure everything is correct.
  2. Confirm the processing time for your payout currency (found in your payout summary).
  3. Contact your bank to ask if there are pending incoming international transfers.
  4. If everything looks correct, reach out to the KAST Concierge team for help.

What Happens Next?

Once you contact KAST Concierge, our team will verify your payout details and work with our payment partner to trace the transaction. We’ll update you as soon as your bank confirms receipt or the funds are returned. If the payout is returned, the full amount will be credited back to your KAST account balance.

How Can I Avoid Payout Delays in the Future?

  • Always double-check your bank account details before confirming.
  • Use a local bank account in the same country as your payout currency.
  • Avoid sending payouts before or during local bank holidays or weekends.

Can I speed up a delayed payout?

Once a payout is confirmed, it cannot be accelerated or recalled. However, you can contact your bank to confirm if an incoming international transfer is pending. If needed, reach out to KAST Concierge for a trace update.

My payout says “Processing,” what does that mean?

“Processing” means your payout has been sent and is moving through the payment network.

Depending on the payout type (local or SWIFT), it may take a few business days for the receiving bank to complete the transfer.

What should I do if I entered the wrong bank details?

If you entered incorrect details, contact KAST Concierge immediately. We’ll coordinate with our payment partner to check if the payout can be intercepted or if it will return automatically.

What happens if my payout fails?

If a payout fails due to incorrect information or an unsupported bank, your funds will be returned to your KAST balance once the transaction is reversed.  You’ll receive a notification when this happens.
