What Is Task USD Cashback?
Task USD Cashback is a limited-time rewards program that allows eligible KAST users to complete spending milestones and earn USD cashback rewards. Each task has its own spending requirement, reward amount, activation rules, and completion criteria.

How Do Rewards Work?
- First milestone — starts automatically once you complete KYC verification. No action needed.
- All other reward milestones — must be manually activated. Once the previous reward milestone is completed or expires, the next one becomes available.
- 7-day timer — starts the moment you tap Activate. The clock does not start until you activate.
What Happens to My Rewards?
Once you complete a reward milestone, the cash reward is credited to your Cash Rewards balance. It becomes redeemable after the applicable timelock period (up to 14 days, depending on your country).
- Minimum redemption: $1 USD
- Rewards do not expire once earned
- Redeemed cashback is applied to your next eligible card purchase
What If a Transaction Is Refunded?
If a transaction used to complete a reward milestone is refunded or reversed:
- The reward may be partially or fully clawed back from your Cash Rewards balance.
- Your reward milestone status stays as completed — you won't need to redo it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is spend counted toward each task?
Once you activate a reward milestone, your spend starts from $0 and adds up based on all purchases made with any of your KAST cards. You can only have one active reward milestone at a time, so you’ll need to complete or switch milestones before starting another.
Do I have to complete reward milestones in order?
Yes. Reward milestones unlock sequentially, meaning each one becomes available only after the previous milestone is completed or expires.
Do I have to manually start every reward milestone?
All reward milestones except the first one must be manually activated. Go to the reward milestone details screen and tap Activate to start your 7-day timer.
The first reward milestone begins automatically after KYC verification.
What happens if I don't complete a reward milestone in time?
The reward milestone expires and the next milestone in the sequence becomes available to activate. Expired reward milestones cannot be restarted.
Does spending across multiple transactions count toward a reward milestone?
Yes. Reward milestone progress is based on your cumulative card spend within the 7-day window, not a single transaction.
Why is my Reward different from what I expected?
Reward amounts vary by country. The exact amount you’re eligible for is shown in the reward milestone details in the app.
Where do I see my earned Rewards?
You can view your earned rewards on the Rewards page. Rewards can be redeemed once the timelock period has elapsed.
I completed a reward milestone but didn’t receive my reward — what should I do?
First, check your Cash Rewards balance on the Rewards page and allow a few minutes for it to update. Also confirm the reward milestone shows as completed in the app.
If the reward still hasn’t appeared, contact KAST Concierge and share the reward milestone name and approximate completion date.
