How Do I Find My KAST Business Banking Details?

You can find your KAST Business banking details directly in the KAST app. Use these details when you need to receive eligible business payments or share your account information with a sender.

Before You Start

Make sure:

  • Your KAST Business account is approved and active.
  • You’re logged in to the KAST app.
  • You’ve switched from your Personal profile to your Business profile.
  • Your role has permission to view Business banking details.

If you can’t see your banking details, they may not be available for your account or your role may not have the required permissions.

How Do I Find My KAST Business Account Details to Receive Money?

1. Open the KAST Business Login Page 

2. Go to Accounts, Addresses 

3. Choose the deposit address you want to share.

4. Copy and Send to the recipient.

The information available may depend on your account and the Business features enabled for you.

Always use the details from your Business profile when receiving business payments.

Important: Only use the banking details displayed in your own KAST Business account. Your details may vary depending on the currency and receiving method you select.

What Banking Details Can I Find in the App?

Depending on the receiving method, your banking details may include:

Detail What It Means
Account holder name The name the sender should use for the transfer
Account number or IBAN Your account identifier for the selected receiving method
Routing number, sort code, or BIC/SWIFT The bank or payment network information required for the transfer
Bank name and address Information about the receiving bank
Reference or memo Additional information the sender may need to include

Always copy the details exactly as they appear in the KAST app.

Can I Share My KAST Business Banking Details?

Yes. You can share your Business banking details when you need to receive eligible business payments.

Before sharing your details:

  • Make sure you’re copying them from your Business profile.
  • Check that the sender is using the correct currency and transfer method.
  • Include any required reference, memo, or beneficiary information shown in the app.

Why Can’t I See My Business Banking Details?

Your banking details may not be visible if:

  • Your KAST Business account is still under review.
  • Your Business account hasn’t been approved or activated.
  • The selected receiving method or currency isn’t available for your account.
  • Your role doesn’t have permission to view banking details.
  • Additional account checks are required.

Are My Personal and Business Banking Details the Same?

No. Your Personal and Business profiles are separate.

When receiving business payments, switch to your Business profile and use the banking details shown there.

Can Team Members View Business Banking Details?

Team members can view Business banking details if their role has the required permissions.

If you can’t access the details, check your Business role and permissions with your account Owner or Admin.

Can I Receive Payments From Any Sender?

Business payments should follow the receiving requirements shown for your KAST Business account.

Before receiving a payment, check the available currency, receiving method, and banking details in the app.

What Should I Do If the Sender Used the Wrong Banking Details?

If the sender entered incorrect banking information, they should contact their bank or payment provider to check the transfer.

You can also contact Concierge through the KAST app and provide the relevant transfer details so the team can review the case.

Why Haven’t I Received an Incoming Transfer?

If you’re expecting a transfer but don’t see it in your KAST Business account, first check that:

  • The sender used the correct banking details.
  • The correct currency and transfer method were used.
  • Any required reference or memo was included.
  • The transfer hasn’t been returned or rejected by the sender’s bank.
