Why can’t I add my KAST Business Card to Apple Wallet?

You may not be able to add your KAST Business Card to Apple Wallet for one of the reasons below.

  • The Add to Apple Wallet button is not visible: The button may not appear if your virtual KAST Business Card is not eligible, your business account or card is not active, your KAST app needs to be updated, Apple Pay is not supported in your country or region, or additional verification is required.
  • Region restrictions: If you have a KAST Business Card, the card may be supported by KAST in your region. However, Apple Pay may not be available in your country or region. You can check Apple’s list of supported countries and regions here: Apple Pay participating countries and regions.
  • Card status: You cannot add a virtual KAST Business Card that is expired, frozen, blocked, or not yet activated.
  • Device requirements: Make sure you’re using an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac that supports Apple Pay and has the latest iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS update installed. Apple Pay isn’t available on older models or outdated software. You can check Apple’s compatible device list here: Devices compatible with Apple Pay.
  • Apple ID or iCloud settings: You need to be signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID. If the iCloud account owner does not meet Apple Pay’s age requirements, Apple Pay may not let you add the card.
  • Temporary connection or service issue: Sometimes Apple’s servers, KAST services, or your internet connection may temporarily prevent the card from being added.
