This guide explains how approved KAST affiliates can track affiliate referrals, commission activity, and commission history.

How Can I Track My Affiliate Referrals and Commissions?

Approved KAST affiliates can track affiliate referral activity and commissions through the KAST Affiliate Portal.

To access it, visit: affiliate.kast.xyz/auth

The Affiliate Portal gives approved affiliates a centralized place to monitor referral performance and earnings. From the portal, you can:

  • Track referral-link clicks
  • View users who signed up through your affiliate tracking link
  • Monitor verified users who completed identity verification
  • Review card-transaction and spend milestones
  • Check earnings and commission activity
  • Filter performance by date range, campaign, GEO, and device, where available
  • Export reports, where available

Important: Affiliates should use the tracking link from the Affiliate Portal for affiliate campaigns. Using another link may not track affiliate activity accurately.

How Do I Log In to the KAST Affiliate Dashboard?

To track affiliate referrals and commissions:

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Go to affiliate.kast.xyz/auth.
  3. Log in using your registered affiliate credentials.
  4. Open your dashboard to view affiliate referral activity, performance metrics, and earnings.

If you have applied to become an affiliate but have not been approved yet, you may not have full portal access.

From the dashboard, you can view your referral link, referrals, and commission statistics.

What Do the Affiliate Dashboard Metrics Mean?

The Affiliate Portal may show several metrics to help you understand how your affiliate referral links are performing.

Metric What it means
Clicks The number of times people clicked your affiliate tracking link.
Verified users / KYC The number of referred users who completed identity verification after signing up.
First card transaction The number of referrals who completed their first KAST card transaction.
Total card spend over $100 The number of referrals who reached more than $100 in total card spend.
Membership purchase The number of referrals who purchased an eligible KAST membership, where applicable.
Earnings Your affiliate commissions or rewards from eligible referral activity.
Performance chart A visual view of clicks, earnings, or other activity over time.

Available metrics may vary depending on your affiliate setup, campaign, and current program terms.

Where Can I See My Commission History?

Affiliate commissions are automatically attributed to your Rewards balance in the KAST app when eligible.

You can view commission history in two ways:

  1. Rewards History in the KAST app
  2. Affiliate Portal

Affiliate data may not appear instantly. Portal and commission data can be delayed, so recent activity may take time to show.

When Are Affiliate Commissions Credited?

Affiliate commissions are credited when the relevant eligibility requirements are met and the commission is processed.

You do not need to wait for a manual monthly payout in order to see eligible commissions in your Rewards balance. Commission history can be checked in the KAST app and in the Affiliate Portal.

Some commissions may be locked, delayed, under review, adjusted, or reversed depending on the current program terms, account activity, refunds, chargebacks, or eligibility checks.

How Do I Withdraw Affiliate Commissions?

If you want to withdraw affiliate commissions, contact your affiliate manager.

Your affiliate manager will confirm your available redeemable amount and ask how much you want to withdraw. Once you confirm the amount, they can submit a manual payout request for review and processing.

Manual payout requests are currently reviewed and processed in batches, so withdrawals may not be completed immediately.

Only redeemable commission amounts can be requested for withdrawal. Commissions that are locked, pending, under review, or otherwise not yet redeemable cannot be withdrawn until they become eligible.

Why Don’t I See My Affiliate Referral or Commission Yet?

There are several reasons an affiliate referral or commission may not appear right away:

  • The person did not use your affiliate tracking link.
  • The referred user has not completed identity verification.
  • The required card-spend or membership milestone has not been reached.
  • The transaction is still pending, refunded, reversed, cancelled, or under review.
  • Affiliate Portal data has not refreshed yet.
  • The commission is still locked or under review.
  • The referral or commission is subject to current program terms, country eligibility, campaign rules, or account checks.

If the activity is recent, allow time for the system to update before contacting Concierge.

What Should I Do If My Affiliate Referrals or Commissions Are Missing?

If you believe your affiliate referrals or commissions are not showing correctly:

  1. Confirm the referred user used your correct affiliate tracking link.
  2. Confirm the referred user completed the required steps, such as identity verification and qualifying spend.
  3. Check your Rewards History in the KAST app.
  4. Check the Affiliate Portal.
  5. Allow time for recent activity to appear.

If the issue persists, contact KAST Concierge through the app. Include:

  • Your affiliate tracking link or affiliate details
  • The referred user’s sign-up details, if available
  • The approximate sign-up date
  • The commission you expected
  • Any relevant screenshots from the KAST app or Affiliate Portal

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the Affiliate Portal to track affiliate referrals?

Yes. Approved affiliates should use the Affiliate Portal to track affiliate referral activity, performance metrics, and earnings.

Can I use another referral link for affiliate campaigns?

Approved affiliates should use the affiliate tracking link from the Affiliate Portal for affiliate campaigns. Other links may not track affiliate activity accurately.

How often is affiliate data updated?

Affiliate data may be delayed and may not reflect activity instantly. Recent clicks, sign-ups, spend, and commission activity can take time to appear.

Do I need to wait for a monthly payout?

No. Eligible affiliate commissions are automatically attributed to the affiliate’s Rewards balance in the KAST app when processed. However, if you want to withdraw redeemable affiliate commissions, you need to contact your affiliate manager and confirm the amount you want to withdraw. You can view commission history in Rewards History in the KAST app and in the Affiliate Portal.

Can I withdraw affiliate commissions directly from the Affiliate Portal?

No. Affiliate commission withdrawals are currently handled through a manual payout request. Contact your affiliate manager, who will confirm your redeemable amount and submit the withdrawal request after you confirm how much you want to withdraw.

Why is my commission locked or under review?

Commissions may be locked or placed under review while KAST confirms eligibility, referral tracking, qualifying spend, account activity, refunds, chargebacks, or other program requirements.

Who should I contact if something looks wrong?

Contact KAST Concierge through the app. Share your affiliate tracking link or affiliate details, the approximate date of the activity, and any relevant screenshots.
