How Is KAST Referral Cashback Earned?

You can earn USD cashback when a friend joins KAST using your referral link or referral code and completes the required actions.

Referral cashback may be earned through:

Card-spend rewards are cumulative, which means you can earn additional cashback as your referral reaches higher spend milestones.

When Is Referral Cashback Credited?

Referral cashback is credited to your Rewards balance after your referral completes a qualifying action.

In most cases, eligible rewards are credited in real time. However, referral cashback may remain locked for 14 days before it becomes redeemable.

Why Haven’t I Received My Referral Cashback?

Your referral cashback may be missing or delayed if:

  • Your friend was not a new user: Existing KAST users may not qualify as referrals.
  • Your referral link or code was not used: Your friend must sign up with your referral link or manually add your referral code in the app.
  • Your friend has not completed KYC: Referral rewards require your friend to complete identity verification.
  • The spend milestone was not reached: Your referral must meet the required eligible card-spend milestone.
  • The milestone window has expired: Card-spend milestones must be completed within the required timeframe.
  • The transaction did not qualify: Pending, declined, refunded, or reversed transactions may not count.
  • The reward is still locked: Referral cashback may appear in your Rewards balance but remain locked for 14 days.
  • The reward amount varies by country: Some rewards depend on your referral’s country and eligibility.

What Should I Do If My Referral Cashback Is Still Missing?

Before contacting KAST Concierge, check that:

  1. Your friend used your exact referral link or added your referral code in the app.

    Confirm your friend signed up with your referral link.

  1. Make sure your friend has completed the required actions listed in the KAST app’s Earn rules.
  2. The transaction was not refunded, reversed, declined, or still pending.

If everything checks out and your cashback is still missing, contact KAST Concierge with:

  • Your registered KAST phone number or email
  • Your referral’s name, phone number, or email, with their permission
  • The approximate date they signed up
  • Details of the qualifying action, such as card spend or membership purchase date

What Happens If a Referral Transaction Is Refunded or Reversed?

If your referral’s transaction is refunded or reversed, any cashback earned from that transaction may be removed from your Rewards balance.

If your referral later makes new eligible purchases and reaches the required milestone again, you may be able to earn the cashback again.

Do I get referral cashback if my friend spends less than $100?

No. Your referral must meet the required card-spend milestone before cashback can be earned. The spend does not need to happen in one transaction.

What happens if my friend gets a refund?

Refunded, reversed, declined, or canceled transactions do not count toward referral cashback. If cashback was already credited, it may be removed from your Rewards balance.

How many friends can I refer?

There is currently no limit on how many friends you can refer under normal referral terms. You can earn rewards for each eligible referral that meets the program requirements.

Can two people get credit for referring the same friend?

No. Referral credit is given only once. It goes to the valid referrer linked to the account through the referral link or referral code.

Can my friend add my referral code after signing up?

Yes. If your friend skipped the referral code step during sign-up, they can add your code later in the KAST app before reaching the qualifying spend milestone.

Why can’t I redeem my referral cashback yet?

Referral cashback may be credited to your Rewards balance in a locked state. Once the 14-day lock period ends, the reward becomes redeemable.

Can I transfer my referral cashback to another KAST account?

No. Referral cashback is tied to the KAST account that earned it. It cannot be transferred to another account.
