Why Isn’t KAST Pay Available for My Transfer?

KAST Pay availability depends on your region, the destination country, the selected currency, and our supported payment routes.

If a fiat deposit or fiat withdrawal is not available for your region or destination, you may not see that option in the KAST app. You may also see a message that the service is not supported in your region.

Why Isn’t KAST Pay Available for My Transfer?

KAST Pay is available only where we can currently support fiat transfers through our payment partners and compliance requirements.

If your destination country or region is not supported for fiat transfers, you won’t be able to send USD or local currency to a bank account there through KAST Pay at this time.

How Do I Know if I Can Send Money to a Country?

Open the KAST app and check the available fiat transfer options.

If the destination country appears in the app, you can start a transfer, subject to the available currencies, limits, and checks.

If the destination country does not appear in the app, KAST Pay is not available for fiat transfers to that country right now.

What Does This Mean in the App?

If fiat services are not available for your region or destination:

• Fiat deposit or withdrawal options may not appear.
• KAST Pay bank payout options may not be shown.
• Bank Details may show that the service is not supported in your region.
• You won’t be able to complete a fiat transfer to that destination.

What Should I Do if the Country Is Not Listed?

Please choose from the fiat payout destinations shown in your KAST app.

If the destination country is not listed, there is no manual workaround to send a fiat payout there through KAST Pay right now.

Other KAST services or transfer options may still be available in your region. Check your KAST app to see what you can use.

Can I Send Money to a Country With KAST Pay?

You can send a fiat transfer only to the countries and destinations shown as available in your KAST app.

If the destination country appears as a fiat payout option, you can continue with the transfer, subject to the available currencies, limits, and checks.

If the destination country does not appear, KAST Pay does not currently support fiat transfers to that country.

What if the Country I Want Is Not Listed?

If the country is not listed in your fiat payout options, KAST Pay is not available for fiat transfers to that destination right now.

Please use the other options shown as available in your KAST app.

Can I Use Another Transfer Option Instead?

Other KAST services or transfer options may still be available for your region.

Depending on your region and account, this may include card transactions, stablecoin deposits, stablecoin withdrawals, on-chain crypto transfers, or other supported features.

Can I Send USD Instead?

Not always. USD payouts are also fiat withdrawals.

If fiat payouts are not available for that destination or region, you won’t be able to send USD there through KAST Pay.

Why Did the Payout Option Disappear?

Fiat transfer availability can change based on supported regions, payment partner coverage, and compliance requirements.

If an option is no longer shown in your app, it means that fiat service is not currently available for that transfer.

Does This Mean My KAST Account Is Blocked?

No. This does not necessarily mean your KAST account is blocked.

It usually means that a specific fiat deposit or withdrawal service is not available for your region, currency, or destination.

Can KAST Concierge Enable a Country for Me?

No. KAST Concierge can help you understand the options available in your app, but unsupported fiat payout destinations can’t be enabled manually.
