The status of your order can only be confirmed through the KAST Concierge team. We do not currently offer online tracking or self-service status updates. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information, simply reach out to Concierge and provide your order details.

Our team will let you know whether your order is being processed, has shipped, is in transit, or has been delivered. This ensures you always receive reliable updates directly from us.

What Should I Do If My Order is Delayed?

If your order seems delayed, the best step is to contact KAST Concierge. Provide your order details and the date you placed your order, and our team will check directly with the shipping provider. We’ll also advise you if there are any customs or courier issues affecting your delivery.

Delivery typically takes between 15–20 days from the time your order is shipped. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your location and the courier handling the delivery. If customs processing is required, this can occasionally add a few extra days.
