How Do I Get the Tracking Number for My KAST Order?

If your order (including card deliveries) comes with a tracking number, you will automatically receive it by email once your order has shipped. This email will include the tracking number itself and a direct link to the courier’s tracking page, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.

When Will I Receive the Tracking number?

The tracking number is generated as soon as your order is shipped. If your order is still being processed, a tracking number will not yet be available — you’ll only receive it once the shipment is on its way.

How Do I Check the Status of My Card Delivery?

If your order includes a tracking number, you can use it to track your shipment directly with the courier. Tracking is not available within the KAST app.

What Should I Do If I Don’t See the Email?

  • Check your inbox and spam/junk folder: Sometimes shipping confirmation emails can get filtered into spam or promotions.
  • Keep in mind not all orders include tracking: In some cases, specific shipping methods may not generate a tracking number. If that happens, you’ll still receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has shipped.
  • Contact KAST Concierge if needed: If you believe your order has shipped but you haven’t received tracking information, reach out to our support team with your order details. We can confirm your shipment status and resend your tracking number if one is available.
