How Long Do Refunds Take on KAST?

Refunds on KAST typically appear within 10–15 business days after the merchant approves them. Once processed, the funds are sent back to KAST and credited to your wallet balance or card statement, viewable in the Transactions section of the app. In some cases, such as hotel deposits or international merchants, refunds may take up to 30 business days to complete.

Refunds for purchases made with your KAST card will always be credited back to your KAST wallet balance.

You can view the refund in the Transactions section of the KAST app as soon as it has been processed.
