Where Can I See My Recent Refunds?

If you have a merchant refunding a purchase, this guide will show you where to find the money in your account in the KAST app and explain our policy on refund activity.

How Do I Check For A Recent Refund?

You can track all money returned to your account by viewing your transaction records:

  1. Log in to your KAST app.
  2. Click Accounts.

  1. Look for the refund details, which should show a positive value credited to your account.

Is There A Limit To How Many Refunds I Can Get?

There is no set limit to the number of refunds you can receive.

However, if we notice an unusually high volume of refunds - for example, more than ten refunds within a short period - This may trigger an automatic account review.

Why Might My Account Be Flagged For Review?

A security review may be triggered if we see unusually high activity like frequent refunds or transaction disputes. This review is for your protection and compliance.

  • If your account is flagged, you might be asked for further information or verification details to confirm all activity is legitimate.

How long does it take for a refund to appear? 

Refund times vary, but once the merchant processes it, it usually appears in your account within 30 business days.

Will my account be suspended if I get many refunds? 

No, receiving refunds does not automatically suspend your account, but it may lead to a temporary security review.

What information should I have ready if I contact Concierge about a missing refund? 

Please have the merchant name, the original transaction amount, and the date of the original purchase ready.

Can I track a refund that hasn't appeared in my account yet? 

Yes, if your refund hasn't appeared within the expected timeframe, you can contact the merchant first to verify they've processed it, then reach out to our Concierge team with the confirmation details.

Do refunds include any fees I paid during the original transaction? 

In most cases, when a full refund is processed, all associated transaction fees are returned as well. For partial refunds, fees may be prorated based on the refunded amount.

Do I need the KAST app to track refunds?

Yes. All refunds are tracked and displayed inside the KAST app, where you can view your transaction history and see when refunded funds are credited back to your account. You’ll also receive an email notification once a refund is processed. Refund details are not available outside the app.
