Payouts in Jordanian dinar (JOD) and Japanese yen (JPY) are temporarily unavailable. This article explains what is affected, what you can do in the meantime, and when we expect these payouts to become available again.
What is changing?
We are temporarily pausing payouts in:
- Jordanian dinar (JOD)
- Japanese yen (JPY)
This is due to temporary limitations in our ability to process payouts in these currencies.
When does this take effect?
The pause is effective from 2 October 2026.
How long will JOD and JPY payouts be unavailable?
We expect to re-enable JOD and JPY payouts within approximately one to two weeks. This timeline may change depending on implementation requirements and external processing constraints.
What happens if I try to make a payout in JOD or JPY?
While the pause is in effect, a payout in JOD or JPY may fail to submit or may be declined during processing.
What can I do instead?
Depending on the options available for your account and your recipient's preferences, you can:
- Use another payout currency, if supported for the destination.
- Wait until JOD or JPY payouts are re-enabled.
- Use another payout method such as KAST tag.
If you are unsure which option is best, contact Support and include the details listed below.
Are other currencies affected?
No. This pause applies only to JOD and JPY payouts. All other payout currencies remain unaffected unless we state otherwise.
