Is my transaction history available instantly?
Yes. Transactions from your USD account are updated in real-time. Your card spending history is also reflected immediately after each purchase.
What does a "Pending" transaction mean?
A "Pending" transaction means the merchant has authorized the charge but hasn't finalized it with KAST yet. It will update to "Completed" once the merchant processes the payment fully.
Where do I see rewards from a card purchase?
Rewards earned from card purchases are displayed in the Rewards tab. They do not appear directly on the transaction list.
What information is included in a transaction detail?
Each transaction includes the merchant name, date, time, amount, and card used. Tap any transaction to view additional details like the merchant's location, transaction ID, and payment method.
