Processing times depend on your payout currency and payment rail. Some local payouts arrive instantly or the same day. Others, including some USD, JPY, SAR, and SWIFT payouts, may take 1–5 business days. You’ll see the exact delivery estimate before confirming.
How can I track my cash out transaction?
You can track your transaction in the Transaction History section of your KAST app. There, you’ll see the current status - Processing, Completed, or Failed. You’ll also receive an in-app notification and email once your cash out is complete.
What happens if my transaction fails?
If a transaction fails due to incorrect information or an unsupported bank, your funds will be returned to your KAST balance once the transaction is reversed. You’ll receive a notification when this happens.
