What Card Fees Should I Expect?
Card fees depend on your membership tier and the type of card you order.
- Standard Virtual Cards: Up to 2 Standard cards are included in the Standard allowance. In some regions, a $2 issuance fee may apply, including for included allowance cards.
- Standard Physical Card: $0 card fee + $40 delivery fee, charged only when you order a physical card.
- Premium Cards: 1 Premium card is included, plus your Standard allowance. Premium physical cards are included in membership.
- Private Cards: 1 Plated Gold card plus 2 cards from any other tier are included. Private physical cards are included in membership.
How Do Additional Card Purchases Work?
If you need more cards than your tier includes, availability and pricing vary.
- Premium and Private: If you need additional cards, you can request them through Concierge, and pricing will be shared with you once you make the request.
- Standard: Fees mainly apply when ordering physical cards or, in some regions, virtual cards
- Maximum cards: You can hold up to 10 cards in total across your KAST account.

What Should I Know About Renewals And Payments?
- You’ll receive a renewal prompt about 30 days before your membership expires
- You can choose to renew, enable auto-renew, or opt out
- If auto-renew is enabled and payment fails, a 7-day grace period applies with daily retry attempts
- If payment is not completed within the grace period, your account will revert to Standard
- If you upgrade to a higher tier, a new 12-month membership cycle starts immediately, and any remaining time on your previous membership does not carry over.
- If you extend your current Premium or Private membership, 12 months are added to your current expiry date, and your card quota is increased by a full tier allotment on top of any remaining quota.
