What are KAST Points?

  • Updated

KAST Points are rewards you can earn through eligible KAST activity, such as eligible card spend, while the current points program remains active.

This article explains how KAST Points work today, what KAST is currently exploring for the future, and what you can expect next.

KAST Points are not cash, currency, property, securities, investments, tokens, debt, equity, or financial instruments. They are also not transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, gifted, or exchanged outside the options made available by KAST.

Is KAST Launching a Token for Points?

No. KAST is no longer planning a standard token launch for points.

We have seen what can happen when community rewards are treated like tradable instruments. That is not the outcome we want for the KAST community.

Instead, KAST is exploring a structure that could allow eligible community members to participate economically in the future, where permitted by law and subject to final terms, approvals, eligibility, documentation, and implementation requirements.

When Will KAST Update the Points Program?

KAST’s current target is Q4 2026.

This timeline depends on legal review, local regulatory analysis, user eligibility, documentation, board approval, and implementation requirements.

Because the structure is still being reviewed, final details may change. KAST will share more information once the amended program terms are confirmed, including any required notices or acceptance steps.

Who May Be Eligible for the Future Structure?

KAST’s goal is for people with meaningful points balances to be eligible, where permitted by applicable law and subject to the final terms.

The final points threshold has not been confirmed yet.

For lower balances, or where the future participation structure is not practical or legally available, KAST may consider alternative redemption options. These would be subject to applicable terms and local requirements.

Will Everyone Be Able to Participate?

Not necessarily.

The final structure may vary by jurisdiction. Some users may not be eligible because of local laws, regulatory requirements, documentation requirements, or other program terms.

In some cases, users may receive an alternative redemption option or a fixed-value cash payment option instead, where available and permitted.

Can I Redeem KAST Points Today?

Yes. During the current redemption period, you can use points toward KAST membership, subject to the applicable terms:

  • 25,000 points for Premium
  • 250,000 points for Private

To request this, contact KAST Concierge. Redemption requests may take up to 5 business days to process.

Can I Use Points for Anything Else?

KAST may make more redemption options available in the future, such as spend, upgrades, vouchers, or other platform benefits.

These offers would be separate from any future participation structure and may have their own terms, limits, availability, and redemption periods.

Can I Still Earn KAST Points?

For now, yes, while the current points program remains active.

Premium plans currently earn points equivalent to 1% of eligible spend, and Private plans currently earn points equivalent to 2% of eligible spend, subject to the applicable terms.

For example, if you spend US$1,000 in eligible spend:

  • Premium would currently earn 125 points
  • Private would currently earn 250 points

This example uses the current internal reference rate. The reference rate does not make points cash and does not create any right to payment.

What Should I Do Now?

You do not need to take action right now unless you want to redeem points toward membership during the current redemption period.

If you want to redeem points toward Premium or Private, contact KAST Concierge. If future action is required for the updated points program, KAST will share the relevant notices and instructions.

Where Can I See My KAST Points Balance?

You can check your KAST Points balance in the KAST app.

If you think your balance is incorrect, contact KAST Concierge for help reviewing your account.

Why Didn’t I Earn Points on a Transaction?

Some transactions may not be eligible to earn points.

KAST Points are earned only on eligible spend and are subject to the applicable KAST Points terms. If you think points are missing, contact KAST Concierge with the transaction details.

How Long Does It Take for Points to Appear?

Points may not appear immediately after a transaction.

Processing times can vary depending on the transaction and the applicable program terms. If your points do not appear after the expected processing period, contact KAST Concierge.

Will My KAST Points Expire?

KAST may update, modify, suspend, or terminate the points program according to the applicable terms.

For the latest information about point validity or expiration, review the KAST Points terms and any future notices from KAST.

What Happens to My Points If I Change My Membership?

Your ability to earn or redeem points may depend on your KAST membership plan and the applicable terms.

If you plan to cancel, downgrade, or change your membership, review the current terms or contact KAST Concierge before making changes.

Can I Combine Points From Multiple KAST Accounts?

KAST Points are expected to remain non-transferable.

If you have more than one KAST account or believe your points are split incorrectly, contact KAST Concierge for account-specific help.

Can KAST Change the Points Program?

Yes. KAST may modify, suspend, or terminate the points program, redemption options, or any future participation structure in accordance with the applicable terms.
