The Uber Cashback Campaign gives eligible KAST cardholders in Brazil the opportunity to earn cashback on qualifying Uber rides paid with their KAST Card.
The campaign runs for a limited time and is subject to eligibility requirements, reward caps, and campaign availability.
When Does the Campaign Run?
The campaign runs from September 14 to October 14, 2026, or until the applicable campaign reward pool is exhausted, whichever happens first.
Rewards are subject to availability. Once the applicable reward pool is exhausted, additional rides will not be eligible for cashback under this campaign.
Who Can Participate?
You may be eligible if:
- You are a KAST cardholder in Brazil.
- Your KAST account is active and KYC-approved.
- You use your KAST Card to pay for an eligible Uber ride.
- The ride takes place in Brazil.
- The transaction takes place during the campaign period and while rewards remain available.
Your cashback offer depends on whether you have previously paid for an Uber ride using your KAST Card.
How Much Cashback Can I Earn?
If You Haven’t Used Your KAST Card for Uber Before
If you have not previously paid for an Uber ride with your KAST Card, you may receive:
- 50% cashback on your first eligible Uber ride.
- 10% cashback on subsequent eligible Uber rides during the campaign.
- Up to $15 in total cashback under this campaign tier.
If You Have Used Your KAST Card for Uber Before
If you have previously paid for Uber rides with your KAST Card, you may receive:
- 10% cashback on eligible Uber rides during the campaign.
- Up to $8 in total cashback under this campaign tier.
Your eligibility and applicable reward tier are determined based on KAST transaction records and campaign criteria.
How Do I Participate?
No separate campaign activation is required.
You can pay for an eligible Uber ride in Brazil in either of these ways:

Pay with your KAST Card in Uber
- Add your KAST Card as a payment method in the Uber app.
- Make sure the ride is charged in BRL.
- Select your KAST Card when paying for the ride.

Pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Add your KAST Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, where supported.
- Use Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay for your eligible Uber ride.
- Make sure the transaction is charged in BRL.
Eligible transactions are automatically considered for cashback, subject to the campaign eligibility requirements, applicable reward cap, and reward availability.
When Will I Receive My Cashback?
Eligible cashback is processed weekly and credited to your KAST Rewards balance.
You do not need to submit a separate cashback claim.
Processing times may vary if a transaction requires additional review or campaign eligibility checks.
What Should I Check Before Taking a Ride?
Before using the offer, make sure:
- Your KAST account and card are active.
- Your KAST account is KYC-approved.
- Your KAST Card is selected as the payment method for the ride.
- Your ride takes place in Brazil.
- The transaction occurs during the campaign period.
Cashback remains subject to campaign eligibility, reward caps, and reward availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Know Which Cashback Offer Applies to Me?
Your offer depends on your previous Uber transactions made with your KAST Card.
If KAST records show that you have not previously paid for an Uber ride using your KAST Card, the first-ride offer may apply.
If you have previously used your KAST Card for Uber, the existing-rider offer may apply.
Does the 50% Cashback Apply to Every Uber Ride?
No. The 50% cashback applies only to the first eligible Uber ride for users who meet the first-ride campaign criteria.
Subsequent eligible rides receive 10% cashback, subject to the applicable campaign cap and reward availability.
Is the $15 or $8 Reward Cap Per Ride?
No. The applicable cap is the maximum total cashback you can receive under your campaign tier during the campaign period.
The first-ride tier has a maximum total reward of $15, while the existing-rider tier has a maximum total reward of $8.
Do I Need to Activate the Offer?
No separate activation is required. Pay for an eligible Uber ride in Brazil with your KAST Card during the campaign period to be considered for the offer.
Can I Use This Offer for Uber Rides Outside Brazil?
No. Only eligible Uber rides taken in Brazil qualify for this campaign.
Can I Earn Cashback After Reaching My Reward Cap?
Once you reach the maximum cashback available under your campaign tier, additional rides will not earn cashback through this campaign.
Your KAST Card can still be used normally, subject to the usual card terms and availability.
What Happens If the Campaign Reward Pool Is Exhausted?
Campaign rewards are available while the applicable reward pool remains available.
If the reward pool for your campaign tier is exhausted, subsequent transactions will not receive cashback under this campaign, even if the campaign end date has not yet been reached.
What Should I Do If I Don’t See My Cashback?
Cashback is processed weekly, so it may not appear immediately after your ride.
If the applicable processing period has passed, check that:
- The ride took place in Brazil during the campaign period.
- You paid using your KAST Card.
- Your account and card met the campaign eligibility requirements.

Important Information
Campaign participation and cashback are subject to eligibility checks, applicable reward caps, and reward availability.
Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible under the campaign terms may not qualify for cashback. KAST may review transactions to determine campaign eligibility.
The campaign may end before October 14, 2026 if the applicable reward pool is exhausted.
