If you need to remove a card from your account - whether it’s an old card, one you purchased by mistake, or if you want to clear out all cards - you can manage this directly in the KAST app.

Note: Deleting or canceling a card is permanent. Once removed, the card cannot be used again for transactions.

 

How Do I Delete Multiple or All Cards?

To remove more than one card, simply repeat the deletion steps for each. If you want to delete all cards, you’ll need to do it one at a time, as bulk deletion isn’t currently supported.

 

When Should I Delete or Cancel a Card?

You should cancel your card if…

  • You ordered a duplicate card by mistake.
  • Your card was lost or stolen.
  • You no longer need or use a particular card.
  • You’re replacing it with a new one.

If you’re canceling because your card was lost or stolen, contact KAST Concierge immediately. This ensures your card is blocked quickly and prevents unauthorized use.

 

What Happens After I Cancel My KAST Card?

  • Your card stops working: The canceled card will no longer work for payments, withdrawals, or online transactions.
  • Pending payments may still process: Any pending transactions made before cancellation may still go through.
  • The card disappears from your app: Your card details will be removed from your active cards list in the app.

 

Can I Get a Replacement Card?

Yes, you can order a new virtual or physical card anytime in the app. If you deleted your card due to loss, damage, or fraud, KAST Concierge can help you get a replacement.
