A non-personalised card is a physical KAST card that does not have your name printed on it and is added to your account via typing in the card numbers. You may receive one directly from KAST at an eligible event or promotion.
Why isn’t my name printed on my card?
This is how non-personalised cards are designed. The absence of your name is expected and does not mean there is an issue with your card.
Why can’t I see my name in the card details in the KAST app?
Your name will not appear in the app’s card details for a non-personalised card. This is expected and does not affect how your card works.
What should I enter when a website asks for the “Name on card”?
Enter your normal full name. Merchants generally do not verify the name entered at checkout against a name stored on the card.
Does the missing name affect my card’s functionality?
No. The absence of your name on the physical card or in the app does not prevent the card from working.
Who can link a non-personalised card?
You must have a KAST account and completed KYC. If you are new to KAST, create an account and complete any required onboarding before trying to link your card.

Where can I find my card number?

What happens after my card is linked?
Your active physical card will appear on the Cards screen. Where supported, you will also be given the option to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You may also receive a Card Created notification.
Is my card number handled securely?
Yes. Your card number is submitted through KAST’s secure card-linking process. KAST does not include your full card number in analytics or app logs.
Can I use my non-personalised card for online purchases?
Yes. Once linked and active, you can use your non-personalised card for online purchases as normal.
What should I do if the app says “Enter a valid card number”?
Check that you entered the correct 16-digit card number using numbers only, then try again.
What should I do if KAST couldn’t link my card?
Check the card number and try again. If the problem continues, contact KAST Concierge for assistance.
Why does the app say the card can’t be linked to my account?
Your account may not be eligible, or the card-linking service may be temporarily unavailable. Contact KAST Concierge for help.
Can I still unlock a card with a coupon code?
Yes. Select Coupon code from the Unlock card screen to use the existing coupon-code process.
