How Do I Cancel My KAST Card?

When you place an order for a physical KAST Card, you can cancel the order and ask for a refund as long as the order has not been shipped out.

To cancel your physical card order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact KAST concierge: Use the available channels or email our Concierge team with your request to cancel your card. Provide your account details and specify which card you wish to cancel.
  2. Verification: For security, you will be asked to verify your identity before we process your cancellation.
  3. Card deactivation: Once verified, our team will cancel your card order if it has not been shipped. 

When you create a virtual card, it is added to your wallet immediately. To delete your virtual card, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the KAST app.
  2. Tap the Card icon on the upper-right corner of the screen.
  1. Select the card you want to delete or cancel. 
  2. Click More.

  • If you activated the virtual card by mistake: Contact KAST Concierge as soon as possible. If the card has not been used, a refund may be possible.
  • Refund method: Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method, which in this case is your KAST account.

Note:

  • Refund Amount: Refunds may be subject to processing fees or partial deductions based on usage or policy.
  • Timeframe: Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • New Card Requests: If you wish to order a new card after cancellation, standard fees will apply.
