How Do I Check My Active Cards Limit And Manage My Cards?

  • Updated

Are you planning to create a new card or trying to understand why a card was deleted? This guide explains our active card policy and shows you how to check your card status in the KAST app.

How Do I Check How Many Active Cards I Have?

You can quickly review your card count and status directly in the app.

  1. Open the KAST App on your phone and tap the Cards section.
  1. Next, you’ll see a page displaying your active cards and transaction history.
  1. Swipe to see all your current active cards.

Why Was My Card Deleted?

Cards are deleted for two main reasons, both related to policy:

  1. You Reached The Limit: If you had five active cards and created a sixth, the oldest card was removed to make space.
  2. The Card Was Inactive: The card was not used in over 30 days and was automatically deleted.
  3. Security Concerns: If your account is flagged as high risk or potentially fraudulent, we may delete your cards as a security measure.

Still Need Help?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum number of cards I can have?

There is currently no fixed limit on the number of cards you can create and manage within your KAST account. All active cards can be viewed and managed directly in the KAST app.

What counts as an “active card”?

An active card is any card that is currently available for use and has not been deleted or expired. Virtual and physical cards both count toward the active card limit.

How long can a card be unused before it is deleted?

A card may be automatically deleted if it hasn’t been used for more than 30 days. This helps keep your account secure and free of unused cards.

Can I restore a card that was automatically deleted?

No, deleted cards cannot be restored once they’re removed. If you need another card, you’ll need to create a new one.
