Can I Restore a Deleted KAST Card?

If you have deleted a KAST Visa card from your account, it's important to know that it cannot be restored. This article explains your options for getting a new card.

Can a Deleted KAST Card Be Restored?

No. For security and compliance purposes, once a KAST card has been deleted or canceled from your account, it cannot be restored or re-activated. Deleted cards are permanently removed from our system and cannot be made available for use again.

What If I Deleted My KAST Card by Mistake?

If you deleted a card by mistake, please contact our Concierge immediately from the KAST app. We are here to assist you with any concerns or to guide you through the process of obtaining a new card.  

For your security, we cannot recover or re-activate deleted or canceled cards. Always double-check before confirming a card deletion.

What Happens to My Funds After Deleting a KAST Card?

Deleting a card does not affect your account balance. Any funds in your KAST account remain available for spending, transfers, and use with your other active cards.

How Do I Get a New KAST Card?

If you need a new card after deletion, you will need to request or purchase one. The new card will have a new card number, expiration date, and security code. Please follow these simple steps to request a new KAST card:

  1. Open your KAST App and tap the Card Icon in the top right corner of the screen

  1. Browse the available card options. You can choose between a KAST, Solana, Bitcoin, or Pengu card.
  2. Click Get card for free.

  1. Choose your preferred card type (Virtual only or Physical and virtual).
  2. Click Confirm.
  • For virtual cards, your card will be available instantly after you confirm your selection.
  • For physical cards, follow the prompts to enter your delivery information.
  1. Confirm the payment details.

Can I still receive a refund to a deleted card? 

Yes. Even if a card is deleted, refunds can still be processed to the original payment source. The funds will be credited back to your KAST account and you will see them in your KAST app balance.

How long does it take to get a new card? 

A new virtual card is typically issued immediately. If you've requested a physical card, it will be mailed to you and should arrive within the standard shipping time.

Can I have multiple KAST cards under one account? 

Yes. KAST allows to have up to 5 cards under a single account, subject to your account tier limitations.

Is there a fee for requesting a replacement card? 

Standard physical cards are free, while replacement fees for Premium, Limited, or Luxe physical cards may apply and vary by tier. Any applicable cost is always shown in the app before you confirm a replacement.

What happens with my subscriptions after deleting my card?

When you delete a KAST card, any subscriptions (like Netflix or Spotify) connected to it will stop working. You'll need to update each subscription with your new card information.
