What Happens When I Delete My KAST Account?

Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Once you proceed:

  • All access to your account will be permanently removed. You will no longer be able to log in to your account.
  • Any linked KAST card(s) will be cancelled immediately. You will not be able to use them for any transactions.
  • You will lose access to any remaining account balance. You must withdraw or transfer your balance before you delete your account.

What is the Difference Between Deleting a KAST Card and Deleting My Account?

Deleting a KAST card removes a specific card from your account. Your account and funds remain active, and you can request a new card at any time.

Deleting your account, however, is a permanent action that cancels all your cards, removes all your funds, and closes your account entirely.

What Should I Do Before Deleting My KAST Account?

Before requesting account deletion, please take these steps to prevent any loss of funds or services:

  1. Withdraw or transfer any remaining balance. This is a critical step, as you will not be able to recover your funds after the account is deleted.
  2. Review linked services and subscriptions. Be aware that any recurring payments or subscriptions tied to your KAST cards will stop processing. You'll need to update your payment method for these services.

Can a Deleted KAST Account Be Reversed?
