Where Can I Find My KAST Card Details?
You can view your KAST card’s details either on your physical card or the KAST app.

What Can I Do If My KAST Card Details Are Not Displaying?

- Check Internet Connection: A weak or unstable connection may stop the app from loading sensitive card data. Try switching to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Update the App: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the KAST app.
- Clear Cache/Data: Old or corrupted app data can block card details from showing. Clear your cache in device settings.
- Restart or Reinstall: Restart your device or reinstall the app to fix technical issues.
- Device Security Settings: Certain device security tools (VPNs, firewalls, or restricted permissions) can interfere with how the app displays card info. Temporarily disable them to test.

No. Merchants only see the information required to process your payment; your full card number is securely tokenized through Visa’s network.
What if I suspect someone else accessed my card details?
Immediately freeze your card in the KAST app to avoid unauthorized transactions. After freezing, contact KAST Concierge to request a replacement card.
