What Are KAST Business Cards?
KAST Business cards are virtual spending cards linked directly to your shared business account balance. There are two types of KAST Business cards: Company Cards for business operational spending, and Employee Cards assigned to specific team members for controlled employee spending. At launch, KAST Business supports virtual cards only.
What Is a KAST Company Card?
A Company Card is issued directly to the business for operational spending. These cards are typically used for subscriptions, vendor payments, advertising spend, and other shared company expenses.
Owners and Admins can view full Company Card details and manage spending controls. Employees cannot view Company Cards.

What Is a KAST Employee Card?
An Employee Card is a business spending card assigned to a specific employee for approved work expenses. It is not a salary card or a separate employee wallet - it spends from the company’s shared KAST Business account balance.
Owners and Admins can manage the card and set limits, while only the assigned employee can view sensitive card details. Employees can hold multiple Employee Cards if needed, and may need to complete employee screening before a card can be issued.

Can I Create Both Company Cards and Employee Cards in the Same KAST Business Account?
es. You can create both Company Cards and Employee Cards within the same KAST Business account. Both card types spend from the same shared KAST Business account balance.
How Many KAST Business Cards Can My Company Have?
Your company can have up to 150 cards in total across Company Cards and Employee Cards. Card limits may vary by account. If you need more card capacity, contact success@kast.xyz.
Are KAST Business Cards Physical or Virtual?
KAST Business currently supports virtual cards only. Physical business cards are not yet available.
Can an Employee Have Multiple KAST Employee Cards?
Yes. An employee can have multiple Employee Cards if needed, for example for different projects, teams, or spending categories. Each card can have its own daily spending limit.
Do Company Cards and Employee Cards Have Separate Balances?
No. Company Cards and Employee Cards spend from the same shared KAST Business account balance. Employee Cards are not separate wallets or salary accounts. Owners and Admins can use card limits to control how much each card can spend.
Who Can View Employee Card Details?
Only the assigned employee can view sensitive Employee Card details, such as the full card number and CVV. Owners and Admins generally see limited card information, such as the last four digits.
Can Employees See Company Cards?
No. Employees can only see their own Employee Cards in their Card Center. Company Cards are only visible to Owners and Admins.
Can an Employee Card Be Created Before Employee Screening Is Complete?
No. If employee screening is still pending or under review, an Employee Card cannot be provisioned until the employee is eligible.
What Happens If an Employee Is Removed From the Business?
If an employee is removed from the KAST Business account, their Employee Cards are permanently cancelled. Transaction history remains visible for admin audit purposes.
Is there a Fee to Create Company or Employee Cards?
KAST does not charge issuance or subscription fees for Company Cards or Employee Cards. Standard card transaction fees may still apply.
Who Can Create Company and Employee Cards?
Owners and Admins can create Company Cards and Employee Cards in KAST Business. Employees can only access cards assigned to them.
Can I Edit Card Limits After Creating a Card?
Yes. Owners and Admins can update card limits after a card is created.
Can I Cancel a Company or Employee Card?
Yes. Owners and Admins can cancel cards that are no longer needed. Once cancelled, the card can no longer be used.
Why Was My Card Payment Declined?
A card payment may be declined if the business balance is too low, the card limit has been reached, or the card is blocked or frozen.
How Long does a Team Invite Stay Valid?
Can I Close My KAST Business Account?
KAST Business Accounts currently don’t support self-service account closure.
