What is happening to my KAST account because of the Brazil update?
KAST is updating the contracting entity for users whose Country of Residence is Brazil. These users are expected to be updated to KAST Brazil on October 1, 2026.
You will need to review and accept the new KAST Brazil Terms & Conditions in the KAST app. If KAST does not already have your CPF on file, you will also need to provide your CPF.
Does the KAST Brazil update apply to me?
This update applies to users whose Country of Residence is Brazil.
If your Country of Residence is not Brazil, the KAST Brazil update will not apply to you. If your Country of Residence in the KAST app is incorrect or has changed, please contact KAST Concierge so we can help update your residency information.
Do I need to do anything for the KAST Brazil update?
Yes. If your Country of Residence is Brazil, you will need to complete the steps shown in the KAST app for the KAST Brazil update.
This includes accepting the new KAST Brazil Terms & Conditions. If KAST does not already have your CPF on file, you will also need to provide it.
Do I need to send my CPF for the KAST Brazil update?
You will need to provide your CPF if KAST does not already have it on file.
If KAST already has your CPF, you do not need to provide it again.
What is the deadline for the KAST Brazil update requirements?
The deadline to complete the required KAST Brazil update steps is October 1, 2026.
If you do not complete the required steps by this date, access to some KAST services will be restricted until the steps are completed.
What happens if I don’t complete the required steps by the deadline?
If you do not accept the new KAST Brazil Terms & Conditions or provide your CPF when requested by October 1, 2026, your account will be restricted to withdrawal-only mode.
You should still be able to withdraw your available balance, but deposits, card purchases, and other services will be blocked until you complete the required steps.
Can I still withdraw my money if my account is restricted after the deadline?
Yes. If your account is restricted after the KAST Brazil update deadline, you should still be able to withdraw your available balance.
Other services, including deposits and card purchases, will remain blocked until the required KAST Brazil update steps are completed.
Why is KAST asking for my CPF for the Brazil update?
CPF is a key tax and identity document for users in Brazil. KAST will ask for your CPF to support account verification, local reporting, and compliance requirements if it is not already on file.
This helps KAST keep your account information accurate and support services for users in Brazil.
Will the KAST Brazil update affect my card or deposits?
If you complete the required KAST Brazil update steps by October 1, 2026, you should be able to continue using KAST without interruption.
If you do not complete the required steps by the deadline, card purchases, deposits, and other services will be blocked until the requirements are completed.
How do I restore my account if it gets restricted because of the KAST Brazil update?
You can restore access by completing the missing KAST Brazil update requirement in the KAST app.
This includes accepting the new KAST Brazil Terms & Conditions and providing your CPF if KAST still needs it.
I don’t see the KAST Brazil update prompt in my app. What should I do?
The KAST Brazil update prompt is expected to become available starting September 17, 2026. If you do not see it before then, please check again once the prompt is live.
If the prompt is live and you still cannot see it, it may mean KAST already has the information needed from you, such as your CPF. If you are not sure whether you still need to provide your CPF, please contact KAST Concierge for help.
Is KAST still available in Brazil after the Brazil update?
Yes. KAST continues to support users in Brazil.
