KAST Reserve is changing for users whose Country of Residence is Brazil. If your Country of Residence is not Brazil, this Reserve update does not apply to you.
Starting at 11:00 UTC (8:00 AM Brasília time) on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, users residing in Brazil can no longer add new funds to Reserve.
If you already have a Reserve balance, Reserve stays available in withdraw-only mode. You can continue using your balance with your KAST Card and move funds to your main balance if you choose to do so.
What changes for Reserve users in Brazil?
- You can no longer add new funds to Reserve after the change takes effect.
- If your Reserve balance is above zero, Reserve remains available in withdraw-only mode.
- If your Reserve balance is zero, Reserve will no longer appear in the app.
What stays the same?
- Your existing Reserve balance stays in your account.
- You can continue using your Reserve balance with your KAST Card.
- Your existing Reserve balance continues to receive daily Reserve Rewards under the program terms.
- You can move funds from Reserve to your main balance.
How do I move funds out of Reserve?
Use the option in the app to move funds from Reserve to your main balance. Once the funds are in your main balance, use the supported spending or withdrawal options available to you.
Why can't I see Reserve in the app?
Reserve will no longer be shown on your app when your Reserve balance is zero. This change applies to users residing in Brazil.
