How Do I Update My Address?

To update your address, please reach out directly to the KAST Concierge team. Concierge will collect your updated information and then escalate it to our Onboarding team, who will review and verify the change. Once the verification is complete, your account will be updated, and you will be notified.

For security purposes, you may be asked to provide documentation that confirms your new address, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement. This extra step helps protect your account and prevent unauthorized changes.
